Quality Check

• We procure only special high grade material with 99.99% purity for the manufacturing of the Anodes.
• Under our Personal supervision the material is been prepared at our own factory, located at Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad.
• Material has also to undergo Chemical Test Analysis which is been done at a NABL approved lab. Apart from Chemical test we also do destructive test of the anodes to check if the anode material and the insert are intact or not, is there any shrinkage or gassing found. Once the sample clears the test, we give our go ahead to the whole lot for dispatch.
• Once the material is ready, physical and visual inspection is been carried by our experts. All the measurement instrument is been calibrated from NABL approved lab.
• Each finish goods has to clear the technical test and only once it clears the test, it can be considered for dispatch. Inspection report is been made for each lot.
• Apart from Anodes we do Manufacture TLPs and even for that we use best in class Sheets of AM/NS.
• We give Inspection Report & Chemical Test Certificate of Materials with the supply.
